Thoughts of the day

Appreciate it!

Someone said to me …what if all the power in the world just disappeared… like boom, gone?

You’re probably thinking, well we wouldn’t be able to do anything, no TV, no phones and not any sort of contact. We’d simply not survive!

That’s the first thing we think about… the negatives!

How often do we look outside and appreciate what we have rather than through Snap Chat stories? Not that often right? Well maybe it’s time for us to change that don’t you think?

There are so many places in this world that we haven’t seen but before we do that …we have to appreciate what is around us. Its summer, we can go outside, we can go for walks, breathe in the fresh air, and take a look at what is there, the nature, the sun, the birds. Admire the beautiful creations of the world.

In Britain this is the weather that we can go out without dragging extra clothing with us before we freeze ourselves stiff, so make the most of it. Take a break from indoors this summer and go have fun with friends and family somewhere different.

Even if you’re sitting in your back garden or just a walk in the park, but as long as you’re there with the ones you love to make the most of the beauty of this world, it’s the best feeling you could have, share the moment, appreciate your loved ones and I’m sure you’ll be the happiest you’ve ever been…that is what you need the true happiness. To be content and appreciate your life without the technology surrounding you 24/7.

Surrounding yourself with nature, family and friends can really put your life and the world into perspective, you can see that without this you are nothing and this taught me that I should appreciate what I have, make the most of it, and enjoy the summer whilst is lasts! 😀

Knowing that these so many wonderful things are just outside your doorstep is amazing and honestly it really does put a smile on my face. I am grateful to be born into this world and share experiences with the people I love and in such a beautiful place and nothing can make me happier right now and I hope you all feel the same way too. This is what happiness means to me and most definitely happiness is the true medicine!

So remember, Keep Smiling 😀 x
